How to add frames to event photos?
To add frames to event photos, go to the event and navigate to the 'Marketing Tools' section. From there, you can select or upload the frames you want to apply to your event photos. This customization allows you to enhance the visual appeal of your photos, adding a unique touch that reflects the theme of your wedding.

How can I invite guests to the event?
To invite guests to the event, after creating the event on the Photier panel, the system provides you with three sharing options: a five-digit code, an event link, and a QR code. Each of these options can be used to grant your guests access to the event in different ways, ensuring that you can efficiently invite and manage their participation.
How to add a Photographer / Uploader?
To add a Photographer or Uploader to your event, log in to the Photier panel and access the events page. Navigate to the 'Photo Upload' section where you can enter the email address of the person who will be uploading photos. The system will then send a unique link to the provided email address. Using this link, the designated person can upload photos to the event. Keep in mind that photos uploaded by photographers will reduce your Photis.
What should I do if my photo was not found?
If your photo wasn't found at the event, start by waiting for all photos to be uploaded. Next, you can use the app's 'Rescan' feature to search again. If you still can't find your photo, contact the photographer through the 'Photographer Details' section in the app. For further assistance, you can always reach out to us at [email protected].
