If you have an event like a marathon or a festival where you are unsure about the number of photos that will be taken, you can contact us to tailor a package based on the event dynamics. Additionally, for some events, we can offer pricing based on the number of participants rather than the number of photos uploaded. This flexible approach ensures that you get a suitable package for your event's specific needs.

To create an event, log in to the Photier panel at my.photier.com and click on "Create Event" at the top of the page. First, decide whether you want to sell photos or distribute them for free by selecting either Photier Pro or PM. Next, enter the details of your event such as the name, date, category, and details. After filling in these details, you can create the event immediately. Other settings and configurations can be adjusted later.

To upload photos to the event, you have two options: uploading them yourself or adding a Photographer/Uploader. To upload photos yourself, log in to the Photier panel, go to the event page, and click the "Upload Photos" button. This allows you to directly upload photos from your device. Alternatively, you can add a Photographer or Uploader to handle this task. You can do this by navigating to the "Photo Upload" section in the event settings, entering the email address of the person responsible, and sending them a unique link. They can then use this link to upload photos to the event. Both methods ensure that your event photos are organized and easily accessible for all participants.

To add a Photographer or Uploader to your event, log in to the Photier panel and access the events page. Navigate to the "Photo Upload" section where you can enter the email address of the person who will be uploading photos. The system will then send a unique link to the provided email address. Using this link, the designated person can upload photos to the event. Keep in mind that photos uploaded by photographers will reduce your Photis. This process allows for efficient photo management and ensures that all event photos are centrally organized.

QR codes have numerous uses and advantages, especially in visual and printed materials. For instance, at weddings, you can create mini cards (approximately 6x9 cm) with a brief description and a QR code. These cards can be placed on guests' tables, making it easy for them to access event photos. Similarly, QR codes are practical for use on barcovision screens, roll-ups, and any printed materials. They provide a seamless way for attendees to connect to digital content quickly and efficiently, enhancing the overall event experience.

To add a logo to event photos, go to the event settings and navigate to the "Marketing Material" section, the same place where you add frames. Here, you can upload your logo, which will then be applied to all the event photos. This feature allows you to brand your photos, giving them a professional and personalized touch that aligns with your event's theme and identity.
